About
Geena Glaser is a Life and Leadership Coach, Experiential Educator and Facilitator, and Ambassador for Thriving Humanity—bridging her love for nature, personal development, and collaborative teamwork. She is enthusiastic about self-discovery and the rich learning that occurs when we lean into our edges and walk this life awake.
Fascinated by cultural evolution and rewilding, Geena co-facilitates wilderness based rites of passage, mentors teens, and serves on the Board of Directors of Cascadia Quest, a non-profit growing community and initiating leaders for a wild, regenerative future.
Geena moves through life with a sense of adventure, enamored with supporting people seeking meaning and fulfillment and enlivening the individual genius in each of us!
From a young age Geena has been drawn to the deeper questions in life. When her elementary school friends were diving into the pool, Geena was found diving into existential conversations with their parents. Though much has shifted for Geena since her elementary school days, her marvel at the human experience has remained constant.
Geena began her career in advocacy at Planned Parenthood where she discovered and honed her gift for empowering individuals to build relationships with their vision and take action in the face of internal and external stopping points. Geena believes that play is a universal and necessary crux of vulnerability and creativity.
As a facilitator at a challenge/ropes course, she bridges her love for nature, experiential learning, personal development, and thriving teamwork. Fascinated by cultural regeneration and rewilding, Geena joined the team at Cascadia Quest in early 2017, where she helps enliven what is ancient in us, the power of community, and the reflection of our inner nature in wild nature. Her desire to support others to embody their natural gifts, seek fulfillment and meaning, and thrive led her to become a certified coach.
When we are connected to what is most precious to us, our lives illuminate with joy, possibility, and fulfillment. The ability to thrive is innate in each of us – it does not require an acronym after your name, a certain level of intellectualism, or something you do not already yet have, but simply a willingness and commitment to go after what matters most. Together we will look at what is getting in your way and redirect the energy poured into doubt and worry into what you are really here to contribute!
Geena is based in Eugene, Oregon and can be found singing and making music, adventuring and exploring nature, ecstatically dancing, urban homesteading, delighting in edible nourishments, and appreciating the wonder, awe, and mystery of being alive!
